12 Shades of Blue (2010)
Returning to the studio after a break of many years John elected to put songs together in genres. This CD contains songs that fit into the broad category of Blues. This includes a variety of blues styles not just the ubiquitous 12 bar blues. Hanlon’s older, world worn voice seems particularly suited to this genre.
